    • Access to services is provided through a paid membership model
    • Membership validity, inclusions, and support levels depend on the plan selected
    • Membership grants access to request-based assistance, not guaranteed outcomes

    4. Nature of Services

    All requests are fulfilled subject to:

    • Legal and regulatory compliance
    • Practical feasibility
    • Availability of third parties
    • Safety and ethical considerations

    Sortedd reserves the right to:

    • Decline requests
    • Modify execution approach
    • Recommend alternatives

    5. Payments

    • Membership fees are charged in advance
    • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
    • Payments once made are subject to the cancellation policy below

    6. Advance Payments / Wallet

    Certain services may require advance payments to third parties.

    • These payments are handled through a prepaid wallet or direct approval mechanism
    • No transaction is processed without user approval unless pre-authorized
    • Sortedd does not mark up or hold funds without purpose

    7. Third-Party Services

    Sortedd may connect you with third-party vendors.

    While we aim to recommend reliable providers:

    • We do not control third-party execution
    • Pricing, quality, and timelines may vary
    • Warranties and guarantees are governed by the vendor

    We assist in coordination and resolution wherever reasonably possible.

    8. Fair Use

    Services are designed for personal and household usage.

    You agree not to use Sortedd for:

    • Commercial outsourcing
    • Bulk operations
    • Resale or arbitrage
    • Any misuse of service capacity

    Sortedd may restrict or re-align usage if misuse is observed.

    9. Add-On Services

    Some complex or large-scale requests may:

    • Fall outside standard scope
    • Require additional effort or specialization

    Such services will always be:

    • Clearly communicated
    • Pre-approved commercially

    10. Cancellation & Refunds

    A limited window may be provided post-onboarding for cancellation.

    Membership fees are generally non-refundable.

    No strict guarantees are made on completion timelines.

    13. Limitation of Liability
