Sortedd – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and 7AM Lifestyle & Entertainment Private Limited (operating under the brand "Sortedd"; "we", "our", "us"), governing your use of the Sortedd mobile application, the website at sortedd.in, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Sortedd is a lifestyle management platform that assists individuals and families with everyday coordination, sourcing, planning, and personal support services across 17 and growing categories, including virtual assistance and reminders, travel, gifting, home and lifestyle coordination, and care and family support.

Each member is assigned a dedicated Chief Minion, a relationship manager who coordinates requests on the member's behalf. Sortedd provides facilitation and coordination support. We do not own or directly employ the underlying third-party service providers (such as cleaning partners, drivers, caregivers, or vendors) unless explicitly stated.

You must be at least 18 years of age.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account, and keep it up to date.

Access to Sortedd's services is provided through a paid membership model, currently offered as Sortedd Select, Sortedd Signature, and Sortedd Black. Membership validity, inclusions, and level of support depend on the plan selected.

Membership grants access to request-based assistance, not guaranteed outcomes. Sortedd aims to respond and act promptly, but timelines vary by request type, and external dependencies (such as vendor availability) may affect completion. No strict guarantees are made on completion timelines.

All requests are fulfilled subject to legal and regulatory compliance, practical feasibility, availability of third parties, and safety and ethical considerations. Sortedd reserves the right to decline requests, modify the execution approach, or recommend alternatives.

Membership fees are charged in advance and are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise.

All payments are processed through a regulated third-party payment gateway (Razorpay). Sortedd does not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials.

Payments once made are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Certain services require advance payment to third-party vendors. These payments are handled through a prepaid Sortedd Wallet, linked to the Company's current account.

No transaction is processed from your wallet without your approval, unless you have given pre-authorisation for a specific category of recurring or time-sensitive request.

Sortedd does not mark up or hold wallet funds beyond what is required to complete your approved requests.

Any unused wallet balance is fully refundable in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Sortedd connects members with a network of third-party vendors and service partners, including cleaning, driver, caregiving, pet care, gifting, and travel partners. These vendors are independent contractors and partner agencies. They are not employees of Sortedd or 7AM Lifestyle & Entertainment Private Limited.

Sortedd's Operations team reviews service partners for reliability and quality of work before assignment, based on factors including work history and publicly available reviews. This review process does not constitute formal background verification such as police clearance or third-party agency certification, and Sortedd does not represent it as such.

The underlying contract for a specific service is between you and the third-party vendor. Sortedd does not control third-party execution, and pricing, quality, and timelines may vary by vendor. Sortedd assists in coordination and issue resolution wherever reasonably possible, but does not guarantee vendor outcomes.

Sortedd's services are designed for personal and household use. You agree not to use the Service for commercial outsourcing, bulk operations, resale, arbitrage, or any misuse of service capacity. Sortedd may restrict or re-align usage if misuse is observed.

Some complex or large-scale requests (for example, multi-day itineraries or multi-vendor events) may fall outside standard scope or require additional effort or specialisation. Such services will always be clearly communicated and commercially pre-approved by you before execution begins.

Membership and wallet cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Cancellation of a specific vendor-fulfilled service is subject to that vendor's own cancellation terms, which may include a cancellation charge payable by you; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Approve requests promptly where your approval is required.
• Maintain respectful communication with your Chief Minion, Operations team, and any vendor you interact with.
• Use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

Sortedd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service in case of misuse, misconduct, or breach of these Terms.

All content, software, designs, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other materials that form part of the Service are owned by or licensed to 7AM Lifestyle & Entertainment Private Limited and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service (for example, messages to your Chief Minion, photos, or voice notes). You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service for you.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sortedd disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. See also our Disclaimer document for further detail on the limits of our coordination role.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Sortedd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Sortedd's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) ₹10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand), or (b) the unused portion of the membership fees paid by you at the time the event giving rise to the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or fraud.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sortedd, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Service, (c) information you provide that is inaccurate or violates the rights of a third party, or (d) your dealings with any third-party vendor arranged through the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time by requesting account deletion, see our Delete Account page. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive.

We will acknowledge your grievance within 2 business days and resolve it within 30 days of receipt.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the grievance redressal mechanism above, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
