    • User ID and account status used to keep your Sortedd profile available across devices
    • Account deletion request status and review history

    Sortedd uses Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication and Firestore, to support account access, profile storage, service requests, payment status, and account deletion workflows.

    2. How We Use Information

    We use your information to:

    • Fulfil and manage your requests
    • Coordinate services on your behalf
    • Personalise recommendations and improve service quality
    • Communicate updates, confirmations, and support
    • Ensure safety, compliance, and fraud prevention

    3. Third-Party Services & Customer Approval

    To fulfil certain requests, Sortedd may engage carefully selected third-party partners (such as for bookings, deliveries, or specialized services).

    • Wherever applicable, partner options are shared with you for selection or approval before confirmation
    • In situations where prior preferences are already established or immediate action is required, we may proceed based on pre-approved instructions or past approvals
    • We share only the minimum necessary information required to complete your request
    • All partners are evaluated for reliability and service quality

    Sortedd remains your single point of coordination and support, and we:

    • Manage communication with partners
    • Support issue resolution
    • Intervene where reasonably possible to ensure a smooth experience

    7. Account Deletion

    If you have a Sortedd account, you can request account deletion from the mobile app through Profile > Request Account Deletion. You may also use the account deletion page on our website if you cannot access the app.

    After you submit a deletion request, Sortedd reviews your wallet balance, active membership, pending payments, refund or cancellation requirements, open service requests, and any legally required accounting records. If no follow-up is needed, the account is deleted or anonymized within 24-48 hours.

    Some transaction, payment, support, or compliance records may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or legitimate business obligations. Where retention is required, we limit the retained information to what is necessary.

    Users may choose to add details of family members, including children, as part of availing services.

    Sortedd does not independently engage with minors or collect data from children without a parent or guardian’s involvement.

    We take appropriate measures to ensure that all such information is handled with care, confidentiality, and sensitivity.
