Sortedd coordinates — it does not employ — third-party service providers. When your Chief Minion arranges, books, or coordinates a service for you (for example, a cleaning partner, driver, caregiver, pet care handler, vendor, or gifting partner), the underlying service is delivered by an independent third party. 7AM Lifestyle & Entertainment Private Limited operates Sortedd as a coordination and assistance service and is not the principal supplier of any third-party service.

Sortedd does not guarantee the quality, availability, timeliness, conduct, or behaviour of any third-party vendor, the accuracy of prices, schedules, or specifications quoted by a vendor, or completion of the underlying transaction. Outcomes that depend on factors outside Sortedd's control (such as vendor availability, weather, or force majeure) cannot be guaranteed. Any dispute regarding a third-party service should be raised with your Chief Minion, who will assist in raising and tracking the matter with the vendor. See our Terms of Service, Section 8.

Information, suggestions, or coordination provided through the Service, including by your Chief Minion or any automated system, are for general informational and coordination purposes only. They do not constitute and should not be relied upon as medical advice, legal advice, financial or tax advice, or investment or insurance recommendations. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.

Sortedd's Operations team reviews vendors for reliability and quality of work prior to assignment, based on work history and publicly available information such as reviews. This is not equivalent to formal background verification (such as police clearance or third-party agency-backed screening), and Sortedd does not represent that every vendor has undergone such formal verification unless explicitly stated for a specific service.

Where Sortedd coordinates elder care, child care, or pet care services, the caregiver or handler is provided by an independent third-party vendor. Sortedd does not employ, directly supervise, or guarantee the conduct of care personnel. Sortedd facilitates escalation to you or a nominated contact (family member, vet, or other party you authorise) where the vendor or your Chief Minion identifies a concern, but Sortedd is not a substitute for emergency medical, childcare regulatory, or veterinary services.

Flight, hotel, and similar bookings arranged through the Service are made on third-party platforms and are subject to that platform's own terms, the carrier's conditions of carriage, and applicable government regulations. Sortedd is not liable for denied boarding, cancellations, schedule changes, or other outcomes attributable to the third party or factors outside our control.

We work to keep information on our website and within the Service accurate and current, but do not warrant that all information is complete or current. Pricing, plans, service categories, and features may change without notice. Where there is a conflict between marketing copy and the operative legal pages (Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, this Disclaimer, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy), the legal pages prevail.

Our website and the Service may include links to third-party websites or platforms. Sortedd is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any external website. Following an external link is at your own risk.

Statements about future features, geographic expansion, launch dates, or business plans, including those on our website and in marketing communications, are forward-looking and may change. They are not a commitment to deliver any specific feature or service by any specific date.

Sortedd's overall liability is subject to the limits set out in Section 16 of our Terms of Service. This Disclaimer should be read together with those Terms.
