Her world has moved across leadership, learning, psychology, behaviour and service experiences. Somewhere along the way, she realised something rather simple: people don't always need more time. They need fewer things occupying their mind.
That thought sits at the heart of Sortedd.
As Co-Founder, Aditi brings the human side to the business: obsessing over how a member should feel, questioning unnecessary complexity, and making sure technology makes life easier without making it feel robotic.
A biotechnology graduate, psychology enthusiast, certified leadership coach and Hogan assessor, she is endlessly curious about why humans do what they do.
